中国科学院陕西天文台 (CSAO)用 6台新的HP50 71A商品小铯钟保持的时间尺度已有三年多了。在此期间 ,我们做了系统重算、TA(CSAO)算法改进、GPS坐标修正等一系列工作 ,使得TAI -TA(CSAO)的稳定度逐年提高 ,进入世界先进水平 ,同时陕台的UTC(CSAO)控制水平也达到了国际电联建议标准 ,与国际协调时UTC的差控制在± 1 0 0ns以内 ,是亚太地区最好的两个尺度之一
Abstract:The time scale TA(CSAO) has been kept with 6 Cesium clocks of HP 5071A since 1998. During the last 3 years, a number of measures have been applied, such as system recalculation for 1998, a slightly improved algorithm for TA(CSAO), the adoption for corrected coordinates of TTR 6 antenna, etc. The stability of TA(CSAO) has been improved year by year. The local time reference UTC (CSAO) has been controlled in agreement with UTC to better than ±100ns since Dec.1999, which is one of the best twos in Asia Pacific region during the period from Dec.1999 to Fed. 2001.
